AVK thread insert kits are used for repairing stripped thread or adding a threaded insert into sheet metal, fibreglass or other brittle material. AVK thread adaption kits include an AVK / ARO pneumatic installation tool to install all types of blind thr...eaded inserts. The inserts use a patented Spinwall Technology that allows the body of the insert to expand and fill the hole, allowing exceptional torque strength & vibration resistance. The brand's thread conversion kits are compatible with a piler hand tool to set different size inserts.
