Do you ship to Germany?
Yes, we ship to Germany from our UK warehouse
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are tracked via TNT Express or Royal Mail
When will my order arrive?
In stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours and delivery times are typically 4-5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number
Do I have to pay duties / taxes?
No Charges as Raptor Supplies is a UK company. If you are shopping as a company with a valid VAT registration number, the transaction will be rated zero for VAT. When purchasing as an individual, VAT will be charged
Can I pick up with my own courier account or carrier?
Of course, you can ship with your FedEx / DHL / UPS account number. Simply indicate the account number when placing your order or contact us that you would like to use your own carrier.
Do you offer air or ocean freight?
For heavy / bulky items we use air and sea freight which is delivered to our UK warehouse first. The final delivery to you in Germany is carried out by road freight. Please contact us for a freight offer
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are in brand new condition in their original packaging. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the Netherlands
Can I get a quote?
Yes, we submit a request for quotation ("RFQ") for every product listed on the website. You will receive an offer by email
Can you get industrial parts that are not listed on the website?
Yes, we can source any part from any of the over 2,000 US brands we sell. Please send an email with your request
Do I have to order on the website?
No, you can email us an order. You will then receive a proforma invoice for payment. You also have the option of completing your purchase online with Paypal, Giropay or Sofort
What currency can I use for payment?
We accept payments for online orders in EUR. For offline orders, we only accept payments in EUR or GBP
How can I pay by bank transfer?
Simply select "BANK TRANSFER" when placing your order. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email. Please include your order number when paying.
