Solberg mufflers are used for minimising high-frequency noises, up to 30 dB, generated from regenerative blowers in fuel cell applications. These units feature a sound-absorbent medium which reduces noise velocity by 5dBA while providing a minimal pressure drop, handling discrete high-frequency noise (caused by rotating impellers) and broadband noise (caused by turbulence in inlet / discharge jet mixing). They are capable of delivering a continuous work-flow at temperatures up to 212 degrees F. Choose from a wide range of these mufflers available in 2-1/2 to 5 inch diameter options on Raptor Supplies.
